Logistics costs represented a significant element in the cost structure of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturers. Our client, facing high cost pressure from the logistics end, decided to dramatically reduce the logistics cost, and at the same time, improve logistics service quality.

Result: The client has successfully reduced the logistics cost by more than 50%. In addition, a new service quality monitoring system was in place. Both cost-saving and service quality enhancement were achieved.
