Building a Continuous Improvement Culture


The accelerated rate of change in today's business environment is exerting extremely high pressure to all sectors of the society. Our client, a social service organization in Hong Kong, started a grand change programme to realign the whole organization, change the work culture, and improve the organization for the future. High Impact, as the architect behind the change effort, facilitated the change effort through educating the executives, training the staff, conducting change seminars, and providing timely advice and feedback.
