Building a Continuous Improvement Culture

The accelerated rate of change in today's business environment is exerting extremely high pressure to all sectors of the society. Our client, a social service organization in Hong Kong, started a grand change programme to realign the whole organization, change the work culture, and improve the organization for the future.
