Initiating Cultural Change in Government
A government office, facing the possibility of corporatisation and pressure of efficiency enhancement, appointed High Impact to design and deliver a series of Change Management workshops to instill their staff with the positive mindset towards changes.
Result: More than three hundred staffs attended the 2-day Change Management programme. The post-workshop assessment results showed that the participants had become more positive and proactive towards changes in the workplace and other aspects of life. |
