Developing Change Leaders
A social service organization wanted to develop its people to implement process improvement projects. High Impact, being a leading consultancy in process improvement and reengineering, developed a project-based training programme for the client.
Results: A group of supervisors were selected and trained in process improvement concepts and skills. In addition, as part of the programme, the participants initiated real improvement projects to put their learning into practice. In less than two months, the participants had produced real improvements that results in cost-saving as well as increased client satisfaction.
