Joseph Kai-Yan Wong
Mr Joseph Wong is a pioneer in Quality Management and Process Improvement in Hong Kong. As a practitioner in quality management, he had served as the Chairman and President of Hong Kong Quality Circles Association (Currently renamed Hong Kong Quality Management Association Limited, HKQMA), and Executive Committee member of HKQMA. He had also been appointed member of the Judging Panel of the “Governor's Award for Industry: Quality” in the 1990’s. (Currently named the “Hong Kong Awards for Industries – Productivity and Quality”) In his 30-plus years of career, Joseph has held senior quality management positions in multinational and local enterprises, including:
- Quality Advisor, IBM Senior
- Manager – Total Quality, Philips China/Hong Kong Limited
- Director of Total Quality, Lee Kum Kee Group
- Quality and Customer Satisfaction Director, Compaq Computer (Hong Kong) Limited

Mr. Weymond LAM Hong Wai
M.I.H.R.M.(HK), MBA
Mr Lam is a veteran Human Resource professional in Hong Kong with over twenty years of human resources management experience in different industries, including construction, real estate, telecommunication, trading and finance.
Mr Lam is currently the Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department of China Overseas Holdings Limited. And he is also serving as an elected member of the Executive Council of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). Mr. Lam has been actively contributing to the social service sector since the early 90s, through helping the social service sector to face the people management challenges arising from the change in the mode of government subvention, and conducting management related training courses for the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, Hong Kong Social Workers Association and many other NGOs.
Currently, Mr Lam is serving a number of public organizations and education institutes:
- member of the Standing Committee on Quality Management and Efficiency Enhancement, and Co-Chairman of the NGOs Salary Survey Working Group of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service
- member of the Executive Committee and the chairman of the Finance and HR Subcommittee of the Hong Kong Student Aid Society; and
- Honorary Assistant Professor of the Department of Social Work and Social Administration, and Part-time Lecturer of the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Hong Kong
